1 · Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://summitsbroker.com and any related services provided by Summits Broker, a Business Development Company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

2 · Our Role and Services

Summits Broker is an independent, Dubai-licensed business development company specialising in the forex industry, acting as the official Brand Ambassador and Partner Solutions provider for OneRoyal. We are not legally part of OneRoyal — we operate as an independent company working alongside them, building tools, programmes, and stronger partnership terms for a select number of Introducing Brokers (IBs).

Important Notice: We are not a licensed forex broker, financial advisor, asset manager, or custodian. We do not execute trades, manage client funds, or provide investment advice. Any trading activity occurs solely between you (or your clients) and OneRoyal, the licensed and regulated broker.

3 · No Fiduciary or Brokerage Relationship

Nothing in these Terms or on the website creates a fiduciary, brokerage, or advisory relationship between you and Summits Broker. We bear no responsibility for any trading decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from your relationship with OneRoyal.

4 · Partnership Applications and Approval

Submitting a partnership application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, based on business suitability, compliance, and risk assessment.

5 · User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the full legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You will not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding returns, performance, or broker services.
• You will not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical promotional activities.

6 · Compensation and Rewards

Any revenue share, rebate, or commission earned from client trading activity is calculated and paid directly by OneRoyal, the regulated broker, according to the terms agreed between you and OneRoyal.

Separately, cash rewards and benefits under our Partnership Levels programme are calculated and paid by Summits Broker, from our own corporate accounts in the United Arab Emirates, directly to the same account you have registered with OneRoyal. Full terms governing the Partnership Levels programme — including qualification criteria, payment timing, and reward amounts — are set out in our separate Partnership Program Terms & Conditions.

Summits Broker does not guarantee any specific level of commission, reward, or earnings.

Where a marketing budget forms part of your level, it is paid between the 1st and the 7th of the month following the month it was earned in. Level cash rewards and Summit Points are credited between the 15th and the 20th of the following month, once the underlying client activity has been verified.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summits Broker, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Any trading losses or financial damages suffered by you or your clients.
• The performance, failure, or actions of OneRoyal or any third-party broker.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in the website or our services.

8 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summits Broker, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

9 · Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of Summits Broker or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them withoutour prior written consent.

10 · Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or any partnership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11 · Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, government actions, or regulatory changes.

12 · Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms. Parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution before resorting to litigation.

Any dispute concerning eligibility for a level reward, a loyalty milestone or Summit Points must be raised with us in writing within 15 days of the end of the qualifying period to which it relates. After that window the figures for that period are treated as settled.

13 · Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

14 · Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our separate Partnership Program Terms & Conditions where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and Summits Broker regarding the use of the website and our services, and supersede any prior agreements.

15 · Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
