AI Video Designer - Creative Content Specialist

At Summits Broker, we're building a premium Business Development brand focused on the Forex industry and strategic IB partnerships

We're looking for an AI Video Designer who can turn ideas, scripts, and creative briefs into high-quality visual content with AI-powered video production as the core skill

This is a hands-on creative role. You'll work across video, motion, design, content, and social media, helping us build a visual identity that feels

Premium. Cinematic. Sharp. Different.

We're not looking for someone who simply operates AI tools. We want someone who understands composition, pacing, storytelling, and what makes a piece of content worth watching

What You'll Work On

Your main focus will be video and visual production

• AI-generated cinematic videos and short-form content
• Reels, Stories, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital advertising
• Motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Post-production, sound, and visual effects
• Branded video concepts and visual storytelling
• AI-assisted creative production workflows
• Storyboards, visual concepts, and creative treatments

You'll also contribute to

• Social media visuals and carousels
• Basic graphic design
• Creative hooks and content ideas
• Captions and simple marketing copy
• Repurposing content across different formats

Video is the core. The additional skills make you more versatile

What We Expect From You

You should be comfortable with

• AI video tools
• Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Short-form social media content
• Canva and/or Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic copywriting and content development
• AI-assisted creative workflows
• Maintaining strong brand consistency

We're looking for someone who can take a brief and move it from

Concept → Production → Final Content

with minimal supervision

The Profile We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in video, motion graphics, animation, creative production, or a related field
• Strong portfolio or showreel
• Proven experience creating AI-powered video content
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Understanding of social media and short-form content
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
• Able to work independently and respond well to feedback
• Able to contribute to creative concepts, hooks, and visual direction
• Good understanding of branding and visual consistency

Forex or financial industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
